To better serve our patients and families, Agave Pediatrics now offers online appointment scheduling for select visit types. Please note that some appointments require additional coordination and cannot be scheduled online. For new patients, please take a moment to review our immunization policy here.

Appointments Available for Online Scheduling 

Patients may schedule the following appointment types online: 

• Well-child visits 

• Annual physicals 

• General office visits (For sickness, referrals, questions, etc.) 

• Follow-up visits (when appropriate) 

• Medication checks (when appropriate)

Appointments That Must Be Scheduled by Phone 

The following appointment types are not available for online scheduling. Please call us at (480) 585-5200 and one of our schedulers will be happy to assist you. 

• Prenatal “Meet the doctor” visits 

• Newborn visits 

• Same-day appointments 

• Tongue/Lip Tie consultations or procedures 

• OMM (Osteopathic Manual Medicine) 

• Physical/Occupational therapy 

• Lactation visits 

• Allergy testing and treatment
