Our team at Agave Pediatrics is committed to ensuring that our valued patients always have access to the care they need. We advise parents to call the triage line or 24-hour information line available through their insurance carrier prior to calling the Agave Pediatrics triage line. If you are unable to contact your insurance carrier’s triage personnel and have an urgent need requiring immediate attention, there is a provider at Agave Pediatrics who is available on-call during non-office hours. Calls made outside of our listed on-call triage hours will be answered by nurse triage personnel.
Our on-call triage hours are as follows:
Monday–Friday: 7am-8am; 5pm-8pm
Saturday & Sunday: 8am-5pm
We also offer appointments for sick visits on Saturdays. We encourage you to call us if you need help or care.
