Occupational Therapy - Kimberly Johnson, M.S.O.T., OTR/L, C/NDT
At Agave Pediatrics, our Occupational Therapy services are designed to help children build the skills they need for daily life — from infancy through adolescence. Using a play-based and family-centered approach, our occupational therapist works with children to enhance sensory processing, fine motor coordination, feeding and oral-motor development, self-care, attention, and emotional regulation.
Whether your child is experiencing challenges related to developmental delays, torticollis, tethered oral tissues (TOT), feeding difficulties, sensory integration concerns, or fine motor skills, we provide individualized, evidence-based treatment plans to support their unique needs. Therapy sessions focus on meaningful, age-appropriate activities that promote confidence and independence in home, school, and community environments.
Our pediatric occupational therapy program is led by Kimberly Johnson, M.S.O.T., OTR/L, C/NDT, who brings over 25 years of clinical experience and advanced training in neurodevelopmental treatment, sensory integration, and infant motor development.
Physical Therapy - Karen Lukas, PT
Our Physical Therapy services support children with movement, strength, and coordination challenges to help them achieve their fullest physical potential. Therapy sessions focus on improving posture, balance, motor skills, and functional mobility through interactive, play-based activities.
We work with children from infancy through school age who may present with developmental delays, torticollis, plagiocephaly, oral tethering, neuromuscular disorders, gait abnormalities, or other conditions affecting physical development. Each session is customized to your child’s goals, with an emphasis on collaboration among parents, physicians, and other members of the care team.
Our pediatric physical therapy program is led by Karen Lukas, PT, a seasoned therapist with more than 35 years of experience and specialized expertise in infant handling, neurodevelopmental treatment, and craniosacral therapy. Her holistic approach combines manual techniques, guided movement, and family education to create lasting progress both in and out of the clinic.
