Sara is an Arizona native having grown up in Apache Junction and continued education at two Arizona Universities. She found her love of pediatrics while working as an Emergency Medical Technician with Phoenix Children's Hospital during her undergraduate years.

Along with working with children and families, Sara has a passion for travelling and the outdoors which she experiences with her boyfriend, Lex, and two dogs, Lucy and Wicket.
